Privacy and cookies.
What happens to the details you send us, in plain English.
Who we are
This website belongs to OFF DUTY Marketing, an independent marketing agency based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. For any question about your data, contact us using the details on our contact page.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, business name, email address, the services you're interested in, your budget if you choose to share it, and your message.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk about working together.
- To keep a record of our conversation if we go on to work together.
We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Who processes it
Enquiries are emailed to us by our own website server, which also keeps a private copy so no message is lost. Our web host and our email provider (Microsoft 365) store this data on our behalf. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and, if we work together, for as long as the working relationship requires.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set cookies of its own. If we use analytics, we either use a cookieless service that doesn't identify you, or we ask for your permission before any analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer, where it appears.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers to download them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
